"The Spud has the most delicious onion rings I have ever had! The only thing I don't like about this new Spud is the grey isn't very... original. The purple Spud before was spunky and fun and eye catching. And the pop trashcan was always a laugh."

"Ate there with family and friends over the weekend. When we arrived, there were only a couple customers in the store, yet staff must have been too busy to clean up the tables for other customers. The woman at the counter was nice, took our order, and food arrived promptly. Quality of food was average. The tables that we sat at were covered in gravy, and old napkins (we picked the cleanest one we saw) and the floor was littered with stale fries, container covers, and straw wrappers. It didnt seem as though anyone was tasked with keeping the establishment clean for customers. As i can see from other reviews, this seems to be routine at this KFC location."

"I was back in aug and had a problem with the service. I was impressed by the owner of the james) called me immediately to discuss the problem I had, he followed with the note that he would send me a present. card for the bad service I received. nothing that is bad service!"

"We eat here twice a week love there sandwichs but its so dirty. There coldcount is always dirty snd never see anyone wiping them.they have enough staff there that at least one person can tidy it abit.and they need to keep there knifes cleaned."
