"Although there were hardly any vegan options on the menu, they were dependent on my request for a vegan pasta (which was basically an existing dish minus the shells, replaced by black olive garlic. It was a bit bland, but better after adding chili oil s p. Orange fried salad was tasty, also ordered the pizza that was described in the previous review, it was nicely fresh wood fired, but basically the same sauce as the pasta, only on a pizza. I give them 4 stars for effort, service and food presentation."

"Sad. Decided to treat myself and my kiddo to some nandos forked out the extra money all for disappointment. Chips were cold, pita wasn't toasted so it was soggy in sauce chicken was over cooked to the point it was hard to chew. Ribs dryer then anything I've ever had and to top it my little ones tenders which were meant to be BBQ were clearly mild and wasn't able to eat them (they were also over cooked) it's a shame. I've worked at nandos myself and know none of these items take long to cook fresh. For the amount of money you charge I expect alot more. Disgusting will never be back and will never recommend. If I could give 0 stars i would."

"Chicken Pargiama - 14.95 at our local tavern on a Sunday night and today, at the Doubletree it was about half as good and $28.50...really!And did I mention breakfast? Better than dinner but OMG the coffee was cold, NOT a good start to anyone's day is it...Tomorrow I'm going to step out and maybe find a Macca's."

"Syrian food is typically characterised by its generosity but Damasquino falls short. We ordered a meal for 2 and we were still hungry after eating there even though it cost a fortune. Skewers were not fresh and were also tiny. In 40 years these were the smallest skewers I have ever had (imagine normal size satay skewers etc and then imagine if they were 1/2 stacked only). Amount of dips and salad are also unbelievably ungenerous about as much dip as a McDonalds tub of sauce. If it weren't a family business I would score it lower. The dessert was very nice however."

"The food was good, but not as described. Trio the dips had only two dips on it, one of which was so salty it was not pleasant. Mainly advertised with lobster filled zucchini flowers, but there were two fried croquettes with a filling that seemed no lobster and/or had no lobster taste. They told the substitute fish for this dish was ‘just like torment’, but it was nothing similar. Not big problems, but for a $56 dish you should expect better."

"Finally some interesting fabulous food. The menu was full of delights and all reasonably priced. I haven’t had such a good meal for a very long time. The staff were delightful and happy in their work. The background music was perfect non intrusive and low level. Cannot recommend this highly enough."
