"I'm so shocked, I have always loved Tiff's Treats and never had a bad experience until today. It could just be this particular location but I placed an order and an hour and a half past the delivery time I called to inquire about it. The customer service person (who was clearly not actually working at the location or it was some customer service call line) couldn't or wouldn't help me with anything. It had gotten so late I just asked to cancel the order and get a refund but they wouldn't do that either. It seemed as if the order was missing because he had no true information on it either. I will still order from other locations but avoid this one."
