"This place was excellent! Our party of seven showed up during the lunch hour and we were seated promptly. We have our drink within 5 minutes and they took our order. Food came out within 15 minutes despite the place being packed. Our waiter was greatand got the orders prefect. I had a Reuben with corned beef and I wanted to cry at the first bite. It was delicious! Theothers had breakfast foods, salads, and the veggie melt. Everyone enjoyed the food. I might have given a 4.7 if that werepossible. The front window looked like a brick had been thrown through them at some point and the cardboard taped over it lookedlike it had been there a bit. Definitely recommend this place and hope to return. "The vegan donut for which I had to die! the coffee with milk was also wonderful. really rich tasting. disadvantage is that the coffee cup is so small. I paid $4 for it, and it was so tiny that I went back for another one. I don't think the restaurant has something bigger. but overall a great place and I will be back."

"They overcharge for drinks, only one of the baristas knows how to make them and what I’m assuming is the manager, she is constantly biased. Treating some customers great and others like we are getting drinks for free. She really needs to fix her attitude."

"I got a few times, and every time I was there good food good service give me a few minutes quick time matter there's just one thing, the environment is nothing thought to let people walk around, but they have a great service and they're pretty much trying to keep you right next to the gas stations, which I can say McDonald's was a child."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would definitely. I went to lunch today at 12:30. To start with the gentleman on the first window, was very nice, great setting for customer service. I come into the second window there is a lady there with a bright blonde and brown boobs that looked as if she had no desire to even comb it out or even look her hair pretendable for work this morning (I know she is a manager) she swings my bag from food from the window on me, so I politely ask She can I sweet sour sauce as well as bbq sauce they get her a setting and she got her just a setting and they have a setting and she wanted one. So I answered no problem Ma’am she held the sauce until I got the .25 out of my purse, then went out cussing to the fact that I asked for sauce while I was still in the window and the window was open. It doesn't cost to pay Nice, customers, and this behavior in itself is completely unacceptable. And make you as unwilling as a customer in the area. I won't be back."

"I feel really bad to do this but I was so excited to stop in this morning. I have heard great reviews from friends. I came in almost as soon as the opened and got an iced brown butter hazelnut latte to go. I didn’t try my drink till I was halfway across downtown and my drink tasted a little sour, so I stopped drinking it. Once I got to my location I looked in my drink and there were little chunks of spoiled milk in my latte. It was really gross and I still can’t get the taste out of my mouth. I was really disappointed and I feel terrible for leaving a bad review but that was frankly unacceptable"
