"Stops to pick up and load kartoffel. the ribs were old and dry, the flesh had one sitting in the food heat lamp. it tasted as if you chew on a piece of dried wood. the loaded potato was dry and looked like old dried ton it was not even soft and muddy. I asked the manager why they sell old food she said she didn't know. only because they add fresh supplements to the food, it does not make fresh. I will not come back and yes, they gave me a refund. if I were the owner, I would advise them on their restaurant and the quality of the foods they sell. they will lose more customers every day if it is not better managed."

"The measure of a business, is what they do after they make a mistake. I was in on Veterans Day, and they weren't aware of the veterans promotion. I was upset and contacted their corporate office. I IMMEDIATELY received a call from the owner, who apologized profusely for their error. He promptly offered is two free meals. After some reflection I accepted his apology, but will decline the free meals. They are struggling bad, like every restaurant around, and getting free stuff seems wrong. So Chris, thanks. "If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. I first ordered online from here and I am very disappointed. I ordered 3 meat plates and when I wanted to pick up the restaurant and open the box to make sure everything was right, I was shocked to see that there was no meat at all. then I asked the hired where my flesh was, he replied that everything is very rude. then I asked if I had my money back if I thought I paid $43 for in the round, and he said he had to talk to his boss. he went in the back and came back like 5 minutes later saying that his chef said that I can't have my money back and I had to take the food and go. this is very unprofessional for the employees and manager. I'll never eat from there again and I'm sure that neither of my family nor friends or anyone I'm coming over there will eat there."
