"We walked in from great ratings online. Unfortunately we didn’t realize the place was reservation only. The man who was serving food to a group pointed at his shirt which says “no reservation, there’s the door” it was awkward and showed a distinct lack of respect to us and the party for letting us walk into the private event. Perhaps the chef owner should invest in a host and atrium to avoid such ridiculous interactions. We will not be back."

"Cura is so funny and great. all fish are very fresh and high quality. the rice is perfectly seasoned and cooked. it is a great place to try a lot of sushi instead of just ordering one or two rolls at a typical sushi place. the only part is that there is often a 1.5 hours waiting to come, even on weekdays. we tend to put our names on the list, then go out or go back home while we wait. forward!"

"We have been getting take out from here for years, and have also eaten in the store. The sushi is fresh and the menu has a great variety. Even more importantly, I was impressed with the great customer service I recently received. I had to cancel an online order at the last minute, then had to put in a new order shortly thereafter. Through no fault of their own, there were some mixups in the charges the owner worked with me to find the issue and straightened everything out. Was impressed with how responsive he was. Thank you Harumi Sushi!"

"Download the app and go ahead the line! Long love the conveyor belt sushi. Outside the misleading opening time, the overall experience was good. My daughter enjoyed entering the empty records in the discard slot and was inserted by the short video clip for all 5 records. Food quality was good for what it is and the service (including the robots) were great."
