"I myself and my friend go to bella italia in crawley most weeks after a trip to the cinema. we never had a bad experience there. eating is always nice and hot and the service is great. in the did a waitress even remembers the wee we like .. great customer service and great prizes as we often get a code for money out."

"The waiting period was over an hour until the waitress came over to take our orders and about half you to reach the food, but was good eating could not blame it"

"This resteraunt is quite chilled out, has usually got quite a calm atmosphere, if you have to wait for a table there is comfortable sofas to wait on. you dont have to wait long for a table and the waiters are very attentive they leave you to decide and come back to ask for a drink first, there is quite a large range of alcoholic drinks for a pizza place, there is also a large range of soft drinks too. i would definetly recommend their dough balls! if you are sharing pizzas and starters then it is more than likely that it wont cost too much and that you'll also have money for a lovely dessert, even though you would probably be too full for it. if you do not want pizza there is also a choice of other pasta dishes. i think that there is also the option to take away. think this may be better for a group of friends or family rather than a date but overall lovely food at a decent price."

"It was a visit over and decided to eat locally quickly. Normal uncomplicated food choices but also enjoyed a glass of wine (great red I believe from Spain). A sweet guy named Bryan served me and he was very helpful and friendly. Nice to have at every level of the restaurant and he should be recognized for his efforts."

"The food here was very good. Separate GF menu with starters, many pizza options, pasta options, risottos, salads, fish, steak etc and a few desserts. Bread with Camembert was very good! Pleasant atmosphere if a little noisy when busy on a weekend. Will definitely visit again"

"I just wanted to say how lovely, polite and helpful our waitress, Veronika was when we visited this evening. It was so busy and she didn’t stop. She carried on being professional and helpful even after the duty manager (man in a red checkered shirt) spoke to her a number of times in the most appalling way in front of myself and my family and other customers. She must have felt so embarrassed. He made her cry but she just carried on. Thank you so much for being so lovely. Was just a shame that the duty master and another member of staff behind the bar made us feel so uncomfortable and that the poor girl serving was made to feel how what did."

"My favorite shops, there is a dame in self service check them, I believe their name is jeanette I apologise in advance when I mispelled their names) she is amazing! very helpful, I was on the way to check herself, but she noticed me from far away and asks: “You okay, you need help.” omg, she deserves a promotion, she is not just nice to me"
