"Unfortunately, I think finding good help is hard right now. 2 times within the past year, I have ordered specific pizza's and they have been delivered wrong (wrong toppings). The first time, I opted for a credit for our next purchase. That credit was never honored. The most recent time, they offered a credit or bringing another pizza, which as over an hour out. The staff was not very friendly, and I opted to just choose not to use them again in the future. When I filed a complaint, as advised by the store manager, I did. Corporate and local store have not contacted me. It's too bad. . .this used to be a great family pizza night when I was growing up and now raising my kids."

"The only reason I give this load 2 stars is because it refunds my money! I will never order from here again! they almost made my whole order wrong. no big thing, I'm gonna call and fix it, not! instead I'm gonna call buddy and say I didn't order what I ordered. I'm asking for a manager and I have to argue with the kid on the phone, he said he'd hang up so I told him I was up there if he didn't put a manager on the phone. So he's got up! I jumped into my car flew up there and demanded my money back! the whole thing could have been avoided by making my order right! apologize for the wrong one and make it right! we would have waited again, even after an hour for our food! this is actually the second time in a row the order was wrong, but they did it right! the disrespect of 1 young children caused dominos to lose this customer forever!"

"Ordered 2 pizzas from them for pick up waited 30 min that we were told to. When we got home we realized the pizza was burnt on the outside pieces and there was not a lot of cheese. When we called to see if we could get a replacement the person on the phone seemed annoyed and was arguing that they personally looked at the pizza and it was not burnt (basically saying we were lying). They finally said they would deliver 2 more pizzas but wanted the first ones back. After waiting almost a hour they delivered the pizzas and sped off. Very bad customer service. With the large amount of pizza places in the area will not be ordering from them again. The first picture is the one we picked up the second picture is the replacement"
