"Mother's day. They opened a little early for us and another family that appeared shortly before the opening time. Shogun is a Teppan steakhouse with the whole show usually found in this kind of restaurant. They add lights and sound effects to the show, but they add some cheese. The traditional onion volcano will then turn off the upper headlight, turn on a strobe and a pullpipe. The service was fast and attentive – water glasses were kept full and the server was always ready with the next thing. I had a drink called The Castle with rum, brandy, peach schnapps, grenade, pineapple juice sweet and sour mixed until it is the color of the Japanese sunrise. It was served in a white pagoda glass that I had to hold."

"GREAT FOOD, long time customer. However, I was greatly turned off to the restaurant due to the hostess Kelsi. I had called in a phone order. When I went in to pickup the order, there was a little mistake but, no big deal. I had ordered veggie tempura but, they put shrimp tempura in the bag. The girl handing the food order took it back to the kitchen to fix the order. About 10 seconds later, I told Kelsi (who was standing at the desk doing nothing), Can you catch her and tell her I 'll take the shrimp also? I hate for them to throw it out ... She told me It 's not my job to handle to-go orders, and you have to talk to (the other girl) to take care of that . I stood there amazed at how she just spoke to me. All she had to do was catch up to her to let her know I 'd buy the mistake they made, and she couldn 't be bothered... RUDE RUDE RUDE."

"Let me start by saying I love Waba the staff can be a bit more friendly and smile more. I understand everyone is frustrated and have alot going on but a smile goes a long way. I also got my order wrong and I just called to let them know, the assistant manager right away assumed I wanted a full refund. I said no I dont expect a full refund I just want you to train the new guy a little bit better. The manager was supposed to contact me but never did."

"Edgar did not have good customer service. I placed my order curbside pick, which usually is no problem, as he took it over the phone. Once I got there he said I would need to place it online. My order was not placed and he was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he did not transfer me to him or her."

"We both got the coastal trio of the original fish taco was one of the best crispy fish tacos I had ever had that the dough was great fish was fresh and had a big crispy but not overcooked. The black mahi mahi taco tasted super fresh and it was unique with its own chipotle sauce and had corn and onions, so it was puffy not to season and sweet. The shrimp taco came in with Avacado and they were all great in their own individual way the chips and beans I added to the meal were very good and the salsas very well recommended."
