"Tent with small group in June, which was beautifully accommodated. The service was very good, but the strange part was that they were out of the beer, so we got Stellas, which I don't care, but at least they honored the special. Neither... onion rings? Really? One of the most popular appies and they don't have one? But the rest of the food was good and of course the fries continue. Had a wonderful time and I'm sure we'll be back."

"Haven't been to Red Robins in years,had lunch with a co-worker SG gotta say the fries were out of this world delish the whiskey river bbq burger too die for (i'm not exaggerating) SG had the gourmet cheese burger,she was extremely happy with.The service was very efficient with big smiles i would highly recommend this location. overall i'll give it a solid 8.5 out of 10"

"I've come here for my birthday for 3 years in a row now. Today I was a little disappointed in regards to a couple things; when I first got there, almost every dish on the table was still dirty. We had a table for 15. The place is very dimly lit, so to say that I could feel the grunge on the plate still, is pretty yucky. When I brought it under the light, I could see smears on the plates and even small food particles, on some tongs as well. The service was also not as great as it had been previously. I felt like I missed out on a lot of meat that went by; the waiters should make a point to ask everyone. The bathroom is gross; it seems very dirty, and one toilet began to flood when I tried to flush it so that my child could use it. It was quite a turn off to have dirty dishes to start off, but then a gross bathroom made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. I hope the employees and managers step their games back up, as I went from a 4 star rate to a and I'm thinking it is more like a 2.5 "

"I have been to this restaurant many times in the past with family and friends. The food was consistently good. They are normally busy. Recently we went back for their Dim Sum and added some things as well. It was clear to us that either they have a new cook or they are no longer the place they used to be. Food was mushy and two dishes undercooked. The chow mein noodles were lacking sauce and very dry. Spareribs were not servable and were undercooked. Another dish was also undercooked. When we walked in around lunch the place was almost empty. Not the usual busy place. That should have tipped us that things were different. Given the fact we have been to this restaurant many times before you know when things are not right. This was one of those not right times. Hopefully in the future if we return we find this was simply an off day. Things need to improve for sure."

"This restaurant is off the Barnet Highway in Coquitlam. I might have given it four stars except that when we walked in, there was only one waitress and she was busy attending to a table of patrons. So we had to wait in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes before anyone came to greet us. I'm not blaming the waitress...she was doing her best but there should have been someone else at the front desk. Other than that, once we were seated, the same friendly waitress brought us the menu and took our drink order. We ordered the three-course meal for $21 which included an appetizer: minestrone soup or choice of two salads, a choice of several main courses, and a choice of dessert: ice-cream or tiramisu. I had the seafood cannelloni with linguini and salmon, and my husband had the veal parmigiana with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Both were delicious, the pasta was home-made, and the servings were more than ample. I thought the price for the three-course dinner was very reasonable. We sat inside but noticed that there is also patio sitting for good-weather days."
