"This is the 2nd time visit this branch location. We used to go Richmond location. The first visit was not too bad and it is closer to my home, that the reason we came again. The service isn't too pleasant but this is common in nowadays. Long story cut short, I ordered pork belly soup, but the meat wasn't the belly at all, the taste was so weird, she ended up bring me another piece of meat and explained what so ever which is no one understand what she is saying. I also ordered a cup of cold drinks but this drinks taste so old and looks weird too. The same night after dinner my stomach started act up, I walked a little bit at home and went to sleep. Next day morning, got so much upset stomach and kept throwing up. Got food poison from this place. Not recommended at all to this location, never come again."

"I just came back from living in Asia for a year so I've been craving soup dumplings Xiao long bao) and just walked by here by chance. Soup dumplings were really good! I wasn't sure what to expect but I would def recommend those. The...beef roll was also sooo good. I'll for sure go back for both those dishes. We also had the hot chilli wontons and spring rolls which were pretty meh. Wouldn't recommend either of those dishes. They didn't give us tea though. :"

"I am not exaggerating this is the only place I want to get bbt from in the lower mainland. I live in Richmond and I happily drive to the coquitlam gong cha because out of all the places I've tried so far, this is the only one with non dairy milk. Today I asked for non dairy milk and the manager literally ran across the street to buy more for me because they were out. How often do you see that kind of customer service? The place is very clean, service was fast, and of course the food and drink is perfect. Thank you Gong Cha Coquitlam!"

"I have been to this restaurant many times in the past with family and friends. The food was consistently good. They are normally busy. Recently we went back for their Dim Sum and added some things as well. It was clear to us that either they have a new cook or they are no longer the place they used to be. Food was mushy and two dishes undercooked. The chow mein noodles were lacking sauce and very dry. Spareribs were not servable and were undercooked. Another dish was also undercooked. When we walked in around lunch the place was almost empty. Not the usual busy place. That should have tipped us that things were different. Given the fact we have been to this restaurant many times before you know when things are not right. This was one of those not right times. Hopefully in the future if we return we find this was simply an off day. Things need to improve for sure."

"One of our favourite local place to go with friends and family for dim sum. It’s almost always busy so reservation is a must. Lots of variety for tasty dim sum treats. Beef brisket with rice roll, XO sauce stir fry radish cake are just a couple of our must haves. We haven’t tried all the dishes but all we have tried have been delicious."

"Copa cafe is my place to eat hongkong style. I love the portion size, but I wish that a warm drink was included as it is in the m cafe on the road. taste is good."
