"I've come here for my birthday for 3 years in a row now. Today I was a little disappointed in regards to a couple things; when I first got there, almost every dish on the table was still dirty. We had a table for 15. The place is very dimly lit, so to say that I could feel the grunge on the plate still, is pretty yucky. When I brought it under the light, I could see smears on the plates and even small food particles, on some tongs as well. The service was also not as great as it had been previously. I felt like I missed out on a lot of meat that went by; the waiters should make a point to ask everyone. The bathroom is gross; it seems very dirty, and one toilet began to flood when I tried to flush it so that my child could use it. It was quite a turn off to have dirty dishes to start off, but then a gross bathroom made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. I hope the employees and managers step their games back up, as I went from a 4 star rate to a and I'm thinking it is more like a 2.5 "

"We have recently visited both these places (using our xmas gift cards) and tried the best steak at each. Not only was the meat at Cactus of much better quality, the service at Earl's has gone downhill. As a lifetime Poco resident, I have frequented...Earl's many times in the past, returning now was a decision I regretted."

"Ok, let's be clear.. this is not your gourmet, 5 star pizza joint (does that even exist? that brags about their Neapolitan roots. What this is is the Subway of pizza joints, and I say that with the upmost respect and adoration. Pick your pie.....choose your sauce, add as much toppings as you want, and into the brick oven it goes! I'm not sure how good take out would be, but getting your pizza from the brick oven to your plate can't be beat! As someone who eats too much pizza, this is great value for money here. Cheap eats at its best!"
