"We have never had a problem at this location other than the wait, until today.Generally we get in line to ensure the portion size is what we are paying for, but because this location focuses ONLY on mobile orders (I have waited 30+ min as the SECOND person in line) we decided to try the mobile ordering.We got home and realized the bowl was essentially empty. Seemed to be 1/4 the normal size of each portion. Can’t win here."

"The new management/owners have done a fantastic job with this long standing establishment. The food comes out promptly and hot. The pork carnitas were fantastic. The bean soup is perfection. The guacamole is seasoned wonderfully. You are made to feel at home. If you haven’t been here in a while, come back and give them another try."

"Amazing carnitas tacos, potatoes and egg tacos, and chorizo tacos were sooo delicious! The red salsa is addicted and the green sauce has such a great kick! Friendly service and clean place! It's a must! We will definitely come back!"

"A great Conroe tradition. Margaritas is one of those places where I've seen the staff since we were all younger in the 1990s!! That's unbelievable. It says something great about the management and the business. You don't come here for great Mexican dining. You come here for fair prices Tex Mex. Enchiladas are solid, queso is among the BEST, nachos are yum, and really, any of the combination plates are pure goodness."

"I'll add to the good reviews. We've eaten here several times and the consistent quality of the food and friendly staff keeps us coming back. Tastes like it's all made from scratch, even the tortillas and the green/salsa for your chips. Fajitas are always my favorite and are always cooked well and flavorful. I think the beans are cooked with lard which is what I remember growing up. I think this is a family run place and we're happy to support their hard work. My hope is that with success they don't forget the formula of great food and service. Highly recommended"
