"The service was bad. The girl asked us if we wanted drinks min after we got seated. She was rude. The food was not great. It was late and cold. Chai tea was brought without milk or sugar or spices, we had to assemble it ourselves."

"What a pretty, comfortable restaurant. However, every stage in the process was a problem. Took over minutes to acknowledge we were there on time for a reservation, then another to seat us. No bartender, so they couldn’t sell their creative cocktails. Took much longer to get our order in and then waited and waited. Appetizer veggie samosas were excellent. Only one main dish came out. We shared it and then finally called it a night after being there for an hour and a half. So they lost lots of in total bull. Unfortunately, they lack organization. They would benefit greatly from having assigned roles and sticking to them. Staff ran around trying to get things done, but extremely ineffectively. Good tasting food, too. Sad they can’t get it together. Staff is friendly and kind, just no one seemed to be In charge to keep things organized. Hope they can get it together"

"I rather not give any stars… unprofessional, no customer service and utterly disappointing experience.I never usually write bad reviews but want happened yesterday on Father’s Day was completely unacceptable. I called in the morning to confirm they are open and asked how I can order, I wanted to order a meal for my mom and dad for Father’s Day. They confirmed they are open and that they will be cooking fresh meal. I scheduled the delivery for 6:30, Uber eats went to pickup and was waiting for 45 min and no food or no communication. I called the driver and they had me talk to someone in the kitchen and the person bluntly informed me they are closed. Did not bother to call me or Uber eats. I had told my mom that I will be surprising my dad and I was so disappointed that could not do this. This ghost kitchen should not be in business and all delivery media should blacklist them it reflect bad in Uber Eats, DoorDash and others."
