"I am not giving two stars due to the food quality but based solely on customer service alone. When calling this establishment they fail to answer the phone. I have had to physically go to the establishment and place an order inside. This can take anywhere up to 25-30 minutes, even if there are no other customers. I have been inside and witnessed the phone ringing yet no one purposefully picking up. The owner which is a man can be rude as well and always gives an attitude. For the food quality to be so good, you would think the customer service would match. Unfortunately I can no longer support this black owned business as they have made no improvement on their customer service."

"Bad customer service really burns me up.....I ordered online food here and none of the food was ready because it didn't register in the system ?. On top of that some of the food I had ordered wasn't even available that's not the first and usually i would wait or order something else but it was going to be another 45 mins before food to be ready. So I asked for full refund of $74. The Lady was nice and apologized she told she can't it doesn't give her option she will have wait on the owner she took my number Name and told me he call me. I never received a call in fact every time I called they played me as if I made it up I needed proof that I didn't get the food I ordered and still claim they see it to refund me. This crazy I emailed the owner and called every day no reply what way to ruin my outlook on business I do like the food but terrible and rude customer service ruins this place for me. They could have offered in store credit nothing. They told me to email them my receipt and I did as if I make this up just get money or something. I would Not recommend going here it's been a week and I have heard nothing ?"
