"We love KFC for convenient food . Visited this one near the Blagnac airport nearly every time we have passed through and always has been as KFCs are , but sadly not this time. The large family bucket was full of over cooked chickens as the look and we all confirmed it the taste and that stringy horrible texture. The worst part was when complained the guy offered to replace the large chicken pieces with the strips which were also overlooked but we had tried a piece each already so 4 had gone naturally ,not that we had enjoyed them ! The manager refused to refund our money ,let alone compensating, until my little boy got involved with his fluent French (unlike the parents! and only then we got our purchase price minus the eaten strips of chicken back! And to top it up they claimed the always cooked the chicken like that which was untrue and hope will not be the case in an unlikely visit in the future in that outlet !"
