"Dined at the gastronomic shining star last Friday evening on the day we arrived for a six night stay. An incredible way to begin our time in Paris and experience true 3 star Michelin cuisine and service. We dined inside, though the terrace in the garden is a beautiful option when warm enough. Each of the eight courses was beautiful in their own right, prepared by the talented kitchen team and served with the precision of Epicure’s highly trained staff. If you are looking for French cuisine and a dining experience at the highest level, make your reservation at Epicure and start your countdown to a gastronomic experience at the highest level. "The restaurant was cozy (expected), and the food was good (not great.) pasta was slightly overboiled, they don't give the guests butter for brot "it is reserved for the kitchen, they only have 3 red wine glasses (so we drank our syrah from sauv blanc glasses. server gave me utensils (not on table placement;) primer cru glass champagner offered for all guests as aperitif was 24eu per glass (we spent 48EU on it, and tasting curs was 95eu (not including wine pairings) per person. Wine food pairings worked well! but there were 2 sips per glass. too hot no A/C channel band for A/C venting at the deck. waited 30 minutes for the server to bill from the time we submitted our credit card. they do not take amex?"

"Dinner absolutely astounding. Probably one of the best restaurants in Paris at this moment. Perfect equilibrium between Japanese and French cuisine. Sommelier very knowledgeable and pleasant. Service depends on the person (very good to OK . Ambiance/atmosphere terrible. No music, terrible decoration (tumbleweed on the tables? , cold air draughts every time the door opens. Come on guys! Improve that and you are close to perfection! Will I come back? Absolutely the chef is among the best in France at this moment"

"This is a wonderful place to eat dinner. The chef combine the precision of Japanese cooking and the French mastery of sauces. The food was beautifully presented. The menu was rich with fresh ingredients of the season and masterfully blended to produce memorable dinner. The foie gras dish was beautifully prepared in a Japanese style. The fish was cooked to perfection. And the dessert was something that to mess. Bravo."
