"Normally I would say great, has been the odd stuff up (which happens everywhere). But today went grab lunch, had a menu at home said they opened 10.30am, google said 11.30am. Get down there they have 2 menu's saying the same 10.30 on 1 11.30 on another. Anyway sat out front from 12.05pm till around 12.25pm no one to be seen, load my son back in the car and start to head off only to see the people pull up and open the door. 1 f' ing hr after the latest posted time. Very disappointed."

"Got the wrong information from Zomato again, the café that I aimed to have brekkie this morning did not open on Sunday. Browsing around the area and found this bakery café. Walked in and found there were at least three to four staff working at the front counter. Approached one of them and asked for a flat white and veg. pie because it is my veg. day today. This lovely lady advised me to have the Cauliflower Cheese Pie, which made me so excited because it was the first time I heard about it. Unfortunately, I was then told that the pie would not be ready in an hour so I forced to give up. Then I changed to have a fruit bun instead. Although it was disappointed, the service and sincerity from the passionate staff made me very comfortable and the coffee did gain mark as well. I would definitely return for the Cauliflower Cheese Pie..."

"This review is based on many terrible services, not just one. Ordnete ultimate box with solo over drive thru Usually drink is handed over by person to cash, but we didn't get it because the guy was too busy talking in the next window, they have... don't give us the drink, on request, they handed over a Pepsi max without checking which I ordered. if I retunred and asked for solo, you get rolling eyes from the service personnel. anyway, I was a lot about it and went away, but not. You start eating, and there are no servings in the bag, I mean, what a load of garbage service they have. You don't deserve any place in Cleveland. anyway,"
