"Ice was good, but terrible service and manners. If you do not know basics of customer care and labels, you should not be in hospitality time. The person before me asked a few of the flavors and funny enough to rehearse I had the same exactly two flavors on my head. The woman who “obligated me” had the smuggling look at her face for all the troubles I went through her and was completely rude! My experience at the check-out counter was just as bad. The lady did not smile and was ashamed if not sincerely rude. I should also have been rude and give them no tip, but unfortunately I would have felt bad later, so there was a 10% tip. I'm gonna step in for it now because they don't deserve a cent of my hard-earned money. I remember the last time I had the same feeling, but I thought it was just a bad day, but now, twice in a row don't think it was a coincidence. I don't know if it was racism, but definitely poor and rude client service. Finally, if you charge near $6 for a pot of ice, it is not only due to the premium brand, but due to the overall experience, including to a large part of customer service. Absolutely not coming back."

"It's Graeter's Would you expect a little less than a 5-star rating? This place is smaller than most; but good things sometimes come in small packages! The store is clean, modern and welcoming. It carries all your favorite flavors and unique creations. Staff are friendly, eager to serve, and extremely knowledgeable. I have actually learned more about Graeter's rich heritage and his unique ice cream production process, in just one visit at this point; combined compared to all other visits in other places. It is a welcome addition to the university station and the Xavier community."

"Cute little ice cream place with lots of different flavor options. My daughter ordered a German chocolate waffle cone with Heath pieces on top and hers was delicious! I ordered butterscotch ice cream in a bowl with chocolate sprinkles and mine tasted like banana. "
