"They gave me a sandwich with a curly hair in it and gave me rancid soup that smelled like pee. I was struck with disbelief after eating half way through my steak sandwich only to find a hair. I was also eating the soup, my biggest mistake, It was disgusting. Do not trust this place to handle your food. My mouth forever parishes, don’t, don’t get the soup."

"I stopped coming here a bit, as it somehow fell off, but in 12/15 came and I was pleasantly surprised that they killed it again. The manager (different shirt) made my lunch and although she was busy, she was pleasant and really fast!! Get the Bbq Chicken and Cheddar You will not be disappointed!!"

"Amazing French toast. I got French toast in Puerto Rico and nothing could live up to it and it's fresh shaved coconut on top. The tropical coconut French toast from Felix's with the butter and syrup OMG almost matches up to how good my Puerto Rican coconut French toast was and I love it here. Amazing French toast good scrambled eggs. Good hashbrowns. I appreciate Felix. Also got a ham egg and cheese on croissant and it was very good good ham too"

"So I ordered my food to go and it came all messed up my Steak wasn't cooked properly and my fries where not loaded as requested. However I called and complained and they where more than nice, they understood and treated me with the best customer service which made me not be as mad and cranky. The Manager Arielle was super polite and offered to help me by giving me gift card for there mistake. She understood and gave me the best customer service with out being rude. You can clearly tell how hard working she is and how good she treats her customers. I'm surely going to keep going to this restaurant because sometimes its not even about the food which is important as well, but she gave me the best customer service and treated me super nice and took care of my frustration and problems. This Manager deserves more than management she should be at the top of the chain and should get a raise. Because its people like this which keep the business afloat and trust me I will keep coming back as she treated me with respect and gave me the best customer service. To who is reading this I 100% recommend this restaurant specially this restaurant because they take good care of you. I also spoke to Shawn who is the upper manager and he treated me very nice as well and took my feedback regarding her hard working manager Arielle."

"Yummy breakfast sandwich the roll is so tasty. Coffee dark roast hot and strong. Help is great the lady behind the grill area is exceptionally nice. All the other counter help are pleasant too. Nice sitting area and fire is an added bonus."
