"My partner has the skewer but it didn’t come with a jacket potato which was disappointing. He also had Gin at £4.50 but paid an extra £3.50 for the tonic, this seems steep in cost which was poor. The steak was delicious and the Jam Sponge too."

"When they are at the place to foot are warm and we were greeted with a friendly face. the young lady showed us on our table and was very polite and efficient. my wife is picky with eating, but all the changes in the court she wanted to make were made without fuss. the tables were nice and very clean when the food arrived, it was well presented and very hot. I had lasagne and my wife had the cake. pie takes 30 minutes, but we were told when we placed our order. all our foods were very delicious and well seasoned. the waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted. overall it was a beautiful meal. I would definitely go back. the prices are also very reasonable."

"I've eaten here twice. Both times have been absolutely brilliant. Most recently we had tapas which was great. Especially enjoyed the local take on the sausage dish. Lovely environment and friendly staff. Was fairly quiet both times we have been but still a nice atmosphere. Certainly one of the best places to at in Chesterfield."
