"We wanted to try Virginia's on King for some time. Unfortunately, expectations were dashed. Our server was outstanding and the mixed drinks tasty. However, the tomato pie looked like a bowl of melted cheese with a couple sliced tomatoes on top. Hubby's burger and fries were not hot. Daughter's meatloaf looked like bread. It was decent, but lacked personality. The server started out well, but never returned with more water, though we requested more a couple of times. All in all for a mediocre dinner was the last straw."

"The combination of flavors at this restaurant are unmatched. The food was excellent, very casual, great service and reasonably priced! I loved the gravy! And the portions are enormous.... you won’t leave hungry!"

"I didn't want to eat here, but I'm really glad I did it! It was casual, cheap, fast, and the food was surprisingly good for a fat spoon. When I am from Canada, I try to get cookies and Gravy when I'm in the south, and they had a Benny served with Gravy instead of Hollandaise; brilliant! The sweet tea was nice and cold and the atmosphere was perfect for me to just wear a t-shirt and shorts, looking for some food to start my day of exploring Charleston."

"Our server was incredible! She sounds like a clamp for this place! Our first station in Charleston leaned the airport bc we starve bc nothing was open and she took care of us! Cookies and Gravy were pretty good! And super cheap only 5,50 I think for this breakfast with eggs! And of course the waffles did not disappoint! She even made us her specialty!"
