"Owner came over to greet thank for the business (nice touch), waitress hostess were friendly. Scotch egg was insanely delicious. Flavors were on point! Stag boar burger had great flavor (recommended for a foodie). Disco fries were ok. A bit salty for me but I think it?s because I was blown away by the symphony of flavors in the scotch egg burger. Espresso martini was nicely ?alcoholed ? and tasty. Would def be back when I?m in Charleston. Ty"

"Very nice restaurant with an interesting concept. Limited menu (in a good way) and everything is shareable. All portions feed two people. Good mixed drinks and a nice wine selection.Our server was just delightful."

"Uber driver told me to check out the super cool rooftop bar at the Dewberry Hotel. I was with my 9 year old son, and upon our arrival, was told it was 21+...we were just hoping to get a cold lemonade and check out the supposedly amazing view of the city. It was only 1:00pm so I figured it wouldn 't have been 21+ yet, but I was wrong. We ended up getting a lemonade in the downstairs bar area called The Living Room which was cute and cozy. Hotel seemed nice and it was walkable to the Charleston Museum, Marion Square, and the Aquarium."

"The Warning: No reservations. Beer and wine only. Wait for a table can be long and the wait list can be chaotic. Dining area is small, and turnover is slow 'cause the food is that good! . Many dishes tend to be appetizer sized, delivery is as prepared, so order with the idea of sharing. If you are hungry, order accordingly, even for the large plates.The review: Our dining selections were grilled oysters with crab fat curry and cashews. Grilled grouper with tomato butter, zucchini, and trout roe. Bone marrow with shrimp tempura and spicy mayo. Presentation of each selection was excellent. Each selection tingled our taste buds, we were quite satisfied with our dining choices.Pictured is the menu this evening, I forgot to take a picture of the oysters, dug into the grouper immediately when it arrived, and had the presence of mind to take a picture of the bone marrow prior to digging in.Back in Charleston any time in the future? We are there!"

"This place is excellent! We sat at the cooking counter and watched how all cooks make their food. Out Server was amazing and very informative. He even treated us with a beautiful birthday contract at the end of our amazing meal. The chefs played every role to look at food and taste amazing. I took my husband here for a birthday dinner because he loves beer, homebow and good food. All Edmond's Oast beer we tried was great!! I loved red pepper Ale. I had the grilled octopus and it melted in my mouth. I know that octopus melts in your mouth? I photograph and make art so that I was naturally amazed by the coating of everything! My husband and I both agreed that every single bite was full of flavors. Everything is also local: Can't wait to go back and try everything else!"
