"I have eaten here may times over the last seven years, and the food and service have always been great. Then something happened a couple of years ago. I am in Celle maybe once or twice a year, and always have dinner in Sombrero one evening of my trip. However, when I turned up in 2014, they were empty but didn’t have a table for one. I tried later that week, turning up at 18.00, when they open. No table. This was repeated on the next three trips to the town. Sometimes busy, sometimes empty but never a table for the lone visitor. I don’t know the reason but I suspect they don’t want one person sitting at table where they could serve two, or even four. Very poor customer relations. I seem not to be the only person who has noticed this."

"This time I came across the autobahn a2 from the space berlin, and the traffic radio had already announced a pretty stau at the kreuz hannover. I therefore took a “abbreviation” and drove briefly behind a brownish-shining road in the direction of a cellar where I wanted to take a lunch break. I parked as always on a public parking lot near the firefighter and went to foot in the direction of wall road where I had already returned some weeks ago. this time it was not the steakhouse, but the Greek restaurant that found my interest with its risers in front of the door with the lunch table offers. I was greeted by a waiter who stood behind the courtesy, he suggested that I could choose a place free in the restaurant that was barely occupied at that time. I took a table near the court and also got the menu right there. the waiter who made the restaurant, which was clearly full in the course, was very friendly and accommodating and always attentive. he thanked for their command, wondered between whether everything was in order and later to clarify whether it tasted. eat the normal menu can be viewed on the homepage of the restaurant: [hidden link] gyros and souflaki, each with supplements, are under 10,00 € to break all other offers through this sound wall, partly clear. the usual mixing plates are available in the content, but also the less customary (preferior, e.g. with thick bristles). there is also a lunch table card with about ten to arrange for preferred travel. from this I ordered m6, “Grill plate, schweinesteak, hacksteak, gyros with pommes frites and salad” (€8.50 ), plus a cola light (0.3l for €2,20). the drink was served immediately, a few minutes later the waiter brought the salat as an appetizer. which consisted to a large part of iceberg salad, with some möhrenraspel, somewhat mais, a quarter tomato, two slices gurke and a peperoni, and was made with yogurt dress that came out of the bottle with quite safety. After a reasonable further waiting period, the food was served. on a plate with approximately square shape and arched sides I found a cuddly gyros, covered with many tsatsiki, as well as the two steaks, a part pommes frites and a clecks tsatsiki. the pommes fries were hot, fresh and crispy, the tsatsiki excellent, very creamy and obviously made on yogurt basis. the gyroscopes were very good taste, but could have worn a slightly more intense grill crust for my taste. the hacksteak was very well seasoned, the garlic note was not as urgent as the tsatsiki. the black steak was not as tender as I got it in other restaurants, but it was easy to eat and also very well seasoned. the part was quite lush for a lunch, at least I have good. the restaurant is probably freshly renovated, I remember that at my last visit in the cellar in the opposite steakhouse the work was not finished. on a laminate floor in walnut decoration are modern furniture, the chairs of medium-brown wood with blue seat cushions, the tables with metal feet and plates with plastic surface. there was a beige set of plastic, on it salt and pepper mills, a small cut and a candle in the metal flash. the walls are generally kept creamy, there are large wall paintings with Greek motives. Greek music in a slightly elevated loudness sounded by the loudspeakers. cleanliness of the gas room seemed well maintained, cleanliness, glasses and cutlery were perfectly clean. the tables were cleaned immediately after leaving the guests from the waiter. the toilet is also well maintained, only very tight, and there are some places to see old dowels. in principle everything was in order and function and it was clean."

"Das Essen ist prima, wenn man nicht grad Döner wählt! Den isst man viel besser und preisgünstiger in der Filale Döner 2000 des gleichen Inhabers um die Ecke!Innen ist der Laden gruselig, muffelig und total zugig. Auch die WC`s sind auf dem Stand von 1960 in der Türkei!Die Speisen aus em Ofen oder vom Grill (z.B. Adana) sind dafür ausgezeichnet. Das Highlight ist der "Gemischte Vorspeisenteller" für € 8,50! Besser geht es nicht!"

"On my home trip I made in the cellar meal. as already a few paintings before I parked on the parking lot directly on the road and then went towards pedestrian zone where I knew some restaurants. on this warm day, the sense was shortly after an salad, so I controlled this little Italian restaurant. as with all adjacent plants there were some tables with sunshades, of which only two were occupied. service at my arrival was no one to see the personal, but few eyes later came a waiter at my table, greeted me and gave me the menu. then he also asked if I wished a drink, but I wanted to see the card first and asked me to think about it. while I looked at the offer of the card, he delivered the lady new drinks on the side table. when I decided he accepted the order, thanked himself and disappeared into the restaurant. both he and a colleague who came later served the guests very friendly and accommodating and were always attentive. eat the offer includes Italian cuisine in the usual brotzeit pizza, pasta suppening, salat, meat and fish. the complete map can be seen on the homepage of the restaurant: [hidden link]. as in the previous plan, I ordered “Insalata bella italia, salat with tomato, gurken, paprika, rucola, carrots, olives, wobbles, ham and cheese” (7.50 €). I chose the variants with vinegar and oil, and I ordered a Cola light (0,3l for 2,40 €). that was also served immediately, soon later the waiter brought cutlery and a serviette as well as a menage with vinegar and oil. only a short time later the waiter then brought the salat, which was dressed on a large dish, to a small prise with fresh white brot. I had not expected that so much cheese as could be seen on the photo, but the compilation was harmonious and tasty. when I was sitting outside, of course I can't say anything to the restaurant's facility. the furniture outside is stable, with metal frame and seating surfaces and back rests of the chairs made of brown plastic braid. cleanness of the outside area was well maintained and clean, even with glasses, tellers and cutlery there was no reason to complain. I didn't visit the toilet."

"We loved to come to Rhodes when we visit the family in Celle, but not anymore. We visited a few months earlier, but were rudely told that the kitchen was closed at 2130! We thought we would give them another chance during our last trio to Celle. The restaurant wasn't as crowded as before. The decor had changed, it was fresh and typical Greek, but that is where the positive points end. We were given very fast menus, we ordered, and it took almost 40 minutes before some salads arrived. In the meantime, the new owner was busy saying goodbye to some "stem customers", almost an hour past and our food had not arrived! (and we were the last table to give our order, there was only one other table used all over the place) To our announcement, the new owner sat down at another table and began to eat only to be accompanied by the only other waitress. Another 15 minutes past and it must contain in them we 't was served!!! After 1 hour 30 minutes our food finally arrived, Ouzoteller, without the Ouzo! The food was nothing like in recent years, the new owners, Russian Kurdish, cook Greek?! Souflaki was inflamed and hard, the Gyros soggy and tastless, tzasiki is also no longer included in one of the most important cooes, cost extra and if asked, we heard the sound of a purchased tub opened, it was obviously bought and not fresh. I'm sorry we're not back!"
