"Tenho dificuldades de avaliar este restaurante, pois tive uma experiência única e insuperável. Passeava pela cidade, quando me deparei com este lugar despretensioso. Gostei de cara e resolvi experimentar. Me colocaram em uma mesa com uma vista indescritível, pois o hotel fica em uma região alta. Serviram uma entrada e um prato principal, que não sei explicar até hoje o que aconteceu. Pela primeira vez na vida experimentei um prato que mexeu com minhas emoções e ainda não me recuperei. Virou uma mitologia, pois minha mulher, que me acompanhava passou pela mesma experiência. Parece exagero, mas beira o divino. Minha preocupação é que outras pessoas não sinto o mesmo e fique bravas comigo, mas acredito que o chefe utilizou de alquimia secreta ou magia. Guardarei, até o ultimo dia de minha existência, este almoço dos deuses."

"To escape absolutely. They make fun of the world with their products of the worst quality. Avoid mainly chicken, white cheese with red fruit because there is not the shadow of a fruit in this soft and insipid red coulis. And even if it doesn't cost anything, there's not even enough to sugar all the white cheese. People improvise restaurants... Fortunately, they have many friends to give them complacent opinions!"

"When we arrived at the restaurant we were unsure about the location; it’s in a very open area adjacent to a public toilet, children’s playground and a car park. However, the food and service are much better than you will find in local restaurants in...nicer areas (we also ate in Maussane les Alpilles, St Rémy and Les Baux . Our French was limited at best, but this was not an issue with the waitress speaking good English. The service in general was very very good even in our large group all of the food was delivered at the same time. The food is the highlight of this restaurant. There were two three course set menu options at €35 and €45 (this was discounted by 20% after booking through trip adviser! both of which were extremely good and seemed incredible for the money. We were all given an Amuse bouche which was totally unexpected and complimentary! It’s also worth mentioning that there was an extensive wine selection. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area, the proprietors deserve much more exposure it seemed crazy that we were one of two parties in the restaurant when our experience was so good!"

"You must go eat here when in Le Thor. Emmanuel is creative and thoughtful. He uses wonderful, fresh produce, and every single morsel is delicious. I ate here twice with my husband. I am a vegetarian, and Emmanuel kindly whipped up delicious vegetarian options for me -- the best vegetarian food I had in France. The ambiance is fantastic as well."
