"Nous avons mangé côté brasserie : les mets frais du buffet, et notamment la terrine, étaient excellents. Les plats, travers de porc caramélisé au miel et potjevleesch, étaient tout aussi bons et l'addition correcte. Mais le soi-disant maître d'hôtel vous sert et vous établit la note dans une totale indifférence : pas de sourire, pas de question sur notre ressenti et pas d'au revoir, trop occupé à envoyer promener un livreur pourtant bien poli. A remplacer par un pro et tout sera parfait.."
