"I recently went here for brunch with 4 other people around 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon and the service was horrible. The waitress (older with a blonde bun) was prompt to take our orders right away and the food came decently fast but after we got our food we sat there for 45 mins without even seeing our waitress. All of our glasses were empty and we all wanted something else to drink/eat. The waitress even went to the table beside us to take their orders and still never checked on us. She finally came over and just asked who was paying what without even asking how our meal was or if we wanted a dessert menu. Then when we got our bills two things were wrong on it but we didn't have the time to wait for the waitress to fix it. The food is amazing but with such horrible service I won't be back again. To the server who waitressed us... if your section is to big and you can't handle it ask for help! You will actually leave with tips in your pocket next time...... what a shame!"

"I have the coffee obsession, and of course tims plays a very important role in providing my daily coffee. I just wanted to give a call to the fantastic staff at tim’s in carleton place at the corner mcneeley and Hwy...7 to prove extraordinary service. I am regularly in the drive thru every morning and although the lineup can sometimes be long, they are fast, efficient and a joy to handle. the best tim is in the city! also delicious coffee."

"I love the location of this restaurant, the staff are amazing, great view. I was disappointed by breakfast. I thought the buffet was overpriced for what was available and none of it was that amazing. It was what I expect at say...,a family hotel free lobby breakfast. I might have been there on an off day. Or maybe they didn't have all their dishes out as it was just me. But this restaurant has such great potential, I think they should try a little harder to make it a more interesting breakfast buffet, or significantly lower the price of the one they have, like cut it in half and maybe they would have more people there."

"On holiday in the opposite we went to this facility at a series of locations rehearsing their breakfast, lunch, dinner and simply passing for a drink. beautiful terrace (tables under sun umbrellas) where they are at the side of the river or. can sit along the side of the pub. we decided to sit outside, but inside there are many tables to sit. as always we visited, we found the personal helpful and friendly and the whole place stalled. one evening there was a group playing music outside, which was most entertaining. they would definitely recommend looking for this facility if in carleton place."
