"As busy as this place gets on Football Sunday, I have never had to wait for a refill or for our food. The staff go above and beyond to give great service. The food is very good and Sunday is 1/2 of XL pizzas! Always a great selection on tap and lots of TVs! Kaia is the best waitress and so is Tina!!! Thanks Crows Nest!!!"

"Hi Service was excellent this visit we ordered the Ribs and salad bar and once again the ribs were very dry and side portions small we didn't bother saying anything because we don't like to send food back, also the salad bar could use more items or at least kept full so your not getting end of the bowl stuff with other food always being mixed in gross. we went at5:30 on a Thursday wasn't that busy so you would salad bar would be kept up we will be back just was little disappointed for the $55 we spent"

"My family and I went to Black Rock Canton for and early NYE dinner. We called ahead for 6:00pm and we were seated quickly. Our server Turann was Awesome. He was attentive, professional, and fun. He didn't write anything down and got everything correct!! Food was Amazing as usual!"

"I have now been sitting in drive-through for breakfast with only one car in front of me for minutes and they still haven’t taken his order let alone my order. There’s no cars in front of the other car and it says that they’re open. This is supposed to be fast food and I understand the industry has changed for minutes without moving is a bit extreme especially when there’s no line"
