"Ordering Skip the dishes from Mirchi used to be one of the highlights of coming to Calgary. This past weekend we ordered thru the app. We ordered a dinner for 2 at 3pm for delivery at 7pm. The app allows you to pick 2 meat...curries for the dinner. I ordered butter chicken and chicken curry. An order I have ordered at least 3 times previously. Mirchi called me and advised that I had to take one veggie curry and one meat curry. Having already paid i opted for lentil curry. After discussing with the other diner, I discovered that they hated lentils. I contacted skip the dishes to cancel the order (still being 3 hours until order was to be delivered). My intent was to cancel then reorder from Mirchi to get what i wanted. Skip tells me that mirchi advises they will forward the meal as previously ordered. Great, right? No. Well, the meal comes. First off, i got lentil curry soup... it was clear liquid, with pureed lentils and not thick at all. And the butter chicken also was pure flavorless liquid with two cubes of chicken. There was maybe 1-2 chicken nuggets worth of chicken. The pakora i ordered was burnt to all hell. A couple pieces of naan weren't cooked properly. The samosa was good but very small (about the size of a small pierogy). So incredibly sad that a restaurant that was so good has gone downhill. I won't ever be ordering from them again. Save your money and save yourself from disappointment"

"I'm in love with their Donairs!!!!. We just moved here 4 days ago, and after a tired night, ordered in. I am so so so glad we did!!!! The family deal was a great price, the pizza was really good, but the donairs..... Freaking awesome!!!!! I am so so so impressed! Great job! Even the delivery driver was really nice :"

"We visited this restaurant and very recommended for best Pakistani Chinese cuisine. She was very on earth, very sweet and her daughter Maryam was the most beautiful girl ever. However, the server was very rude. She behaved with us in front of everyone, she yelled at us and said why you sat down without asking of her. At first she pulled us when we sat another table, she came back and cried again. We were as upset as we were treated at the restaurant during our first visit there and then I tried to talk to them and she said to me, I am the manager talking to me. My husband said you insulted us and behaved, we leave here and she said get out of here, we don't need you here. In the short, very humiliating behavior we have experienced tonight, however, we will return because of the owners. Both mother daughters were super sweet and smiling. Only because of the owner's request we were there and ate food. Thank you for your hospitality."

"I was so pleasantly surprised at the amount of food and the price. The food is crave able and just the right amount of heat so you can enjoy all the different flavors in the food. I had a Masala Chai tea and I would recommend it before and defiantly get the Kheer for desert. Its rice pudding but not north American. Its creamy and decadent but with a lovely hint of a spice. I am going back and maybe have a dinner party! Great experience."

"Excellent Buffet. Excellent tasting food and excellent value. For $12, you cant beat this. Service is decent. Ambiance isnt great but its good enough to hang out with friends, eat great indian food and watch sports on one of the many big screen TV's"

"I had the butter chicken on rice. There were too many options that looked not so great but others were very good. Dessert was not so great either. It was ramadan so business was slow and perhaps that was the reason for not so many good options. Located just up the street from macs connivence store. Not far from the SandMan hotel."
