"The food was warm when arriving at the table. I ordered chicken and mushroom fettuccini. When it arrived it didn’t have any chicken in it. It took 5 minutes before I was able to catch the eye of the waitress. When some chicken arrived there were a dozen very small cubes of chicken which was barely warm, By that time my pasta was cold. There was no offer to keep the pasta warm while waiting for the chicken. It took some time before I could get a take out container and at that time I informed the waitress of the continuing problem. The manager came over and apologized half heartedly. He did not charge me for the meal. I went home hungry. It will be a long time before we go back....if ever. Sad when u have to take a meal home to heat it before u can eat it. I had to doctor it up with extra chicken and sauce as it was rather bland. This is the second time in a couple of weeks that I was served warm food at this North Hill location. Very disappointed."

"Up the escalator in the Intact building. On my first visit I had the Classic Bowl, full of healthy and tasty ingredients. Next time I had the beet burger, which is topped with caramelized onion, $9.75. Satisfying meals. I would like to try more from the menu. A takeaway place, but seating is available at the top of the escalators, shared with the other eateries."
