"Best customer service I've ever received! I placed an online order at 16:00 on 1/25/2022. When I went to the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the woman who worked the register. She informed me that my order was not completely finished because it was understated. I totally understood. She told me I could have a place and wait. Although she was understaffed, she never let it affect her attitude. It remains well composed and pleasant, while at the same time the ride thru line. Shortly after I arrived, several costumes came in and a line began to form. She asked her employees if they could help. He immediately jumped into action and began commanding. I watched and heard how he interacted with every customer and treated them all exceptionally. He was very nice and made sure they all asked how their day went, even though he was revised. This pandemic has put so much strain on the food industry. So many people treat them badly and are impatient. It must be on you. But you never know that with this team of people. You deserve all recognition for outstanding service during a difficult time. Give these good people a raise."

"Very nice and welcoming place. We were not offered any frits during our lunch or the softies after lunch, as we were witnesses to other girls. So just a little disappointed. I don't know if this is a normal practice. Except the good burgers."

"Had to wait nearly 30 minutes. They brought the food to me but forgot part of the order so I had to go back in and get it. I had ordered the 8 piece dark meal and when I got home I found 2 large breasts at the bottom of the bucket. Chicken was average and the mashed potatoes were tasteless. The coleslaw was very good. Overall, not a good experience."
