"Attempted to go shopping here with one other member of THE SAME HOUSEHOULD as we dont drive and neither of us could carry the shopping on our own but we’re rudely told we’re not allowed in by a member of staff and security guard who were clueless, neither were wearing PPE or offering any cleaning services (e.g. cleaning trolleys/ hand sanitiser) when I queried why we weren’t allowed in They couldn’t answer just replying “only one person allowed in”, which is ridiculous considering we were from the Same household so therefore would be worse if we were 2 people from 2 different households, which I also told them and they again rudely replied “well all the shops are the same” which is false given I also work in a supermarket and have shopped at all the others in the area and not one of them have told us we can’t shop together, I informed them that was false and they finally replied “ shop somewhere else then” great customer service that is, wont be going back"

"French menu (as you would expect) in this chain of restaurants. No Prix Fixe when we went but it was during the eat out to help out week. Efficient, friendly service and they even allowed us to sit and chat whilst they were clearing up. 12.5% service charge added to bill automatically. Recommended."

"They wait with workers are expert to avoid eye contact, even if they delete a table right next to their. I just wanted one more milk for my son, really, that's her average chain restaurant. there is nothing to complain about while there is nothing to leave a real impression, and I had to laugh when the woman who commanded our was not familiar with the French words used on the menu, how familiar and pommes. I will eat here again"

"The carvery is excellent well cooked, varied and delicious. Unfortunately the restaurant has decided to make it a two course affair for a set price (still good value) so if you are trying to be good and eat healthily you have even more temptation!! You can take dessert home with you, but you will still eat it not good for those with slimming world and will mean we will come less often as it will also cost more. A great shame as it is very yummy!!"
