"Two lanes for ordering but the counter staff only seem to be taking orders from one, like is a game they play to keep themselves entertained and distracted from the fact they work in McDonald’s. It shouldn’t be this hard to order a coffee, it’s not even busy. I could have written this as the third car on the right lane is served while I wait for acknowledgement that I’m here instead of wondering if the camera is broken or I missed a lane closed sign (I didn’t) I gave up as the fourth car pulled in and the order boy confirmed I didn’t have an invisible car and I could have a coffee Burton on Trent McDonald’s is legendary for getting your order wrong but they’re usually quick to take the money so imagine my surprise"
