"I ordered through their website for the first time. Then found out that the price was much more expensive compare to in-store order. The store’s staff explained that price just apply ONLY for walk-in orders. However, the online customer service said it do apply for online orders and through phone too. The beginning the online support even said the prices are including delivery charge and my order is for pickup. Then at the end she said okay just apply for med and large size. I’m so confused. Would never order again."

"I use to work a close location building to Pizza factory. But I will not write down where I use to work at.. great friendly owner and co workers as well. I never had any concerns about them at all.. even delivery too.. Last night I ordered Hawaiian pizza, Cesar salad and 2 l of Pepsi.. Pizza didn’t taste good, pop was coco la instead of Pepsi.. Not sure why my meal didn’t taste good like before.."

"Picked up a Pizza of the Day with extra sauce. The pizza looks very small, even for a medium size. There was no extra sauce and the crust was dry. I love Pizza Hut but this pizza was not good."

"Food was different than we are used to but that was ok as we were looking for something different. Low score is due to lack of drink refills (tea and soda). Just wished our waiter would have offered to refill our glasses while we were still eating. Offering a refill when we are done/ready to pay is not good service, especially when they were NOT busy that day."
