"I've been in Rucola multiple times the atmosphere, service, and the vibes are all great. The lunch food is great for the price but feels a little flat and dry i would highly recommend experimenting with the menu a little bit and working on really nailing the sandwiches."

"Great spot to sit down to eat talk with friends. Music was pleasant. Staff was helpful in helping us make decisions. Food came out quickly and was delicious! Definitely had left overs, which they graciously packed for us. Also has a slice/ pizza counter at the front. Was a good, simple experience!"

"This may be one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. I made a reservation for 11 people for my birthday on 1/29. Everything was beyond perfect and better than I imagined. The staff were super friendly and greeted us upon arrival and gave us the option to wait until the whole party arrived at the bar or for us to sit. We decided sit and hey also let us move all of our coats to another chair so we would have more room in our seating area. We didn’t get appetizers but ordered wine and cocktails everything was so good. I ordered the Giardino and the Ferragosto. I ordered a pizza for my entree but tasted my friends pasta and both were so good. The staff was very attentive for my big party and everything came in a decent amount of time. The restaurant itself is soooo gorgeous. I got a lot of nice pictures. Bottom line, the food was great, amazing ambiance, tasty cocktails, and friendly staff. I’m going to try to go baffled for brunch!"

"It was okay, nothing special. I was a bit nervous after looking at the dough thinking it might’ve been a bit undercooked, but it was fine. The taste was a little bland though.They had a variety of pizzas, calzones, garlic knots and they had some cooked food on the side that I didn’t really see anyone order while I was there, but it looked like people had gotten a good amount while it was fresh. The restaurant itself is across from the shopping center and Brooklyn College, so it seems to be a hangout spot for random people. If you just want something quick, this will do. They were quick with service. A slice of cheese pizza and a can of soda was less than $5."
