"Nice little Vietnamese place down the road from work. I've walked past it one hundred times going to and from the train station in the morning and finally decided to try it.<br/ <br/ The staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile, and laughed with me when I mispronounced Pho like the white person I am. Service was quick and the food was exactly what hoping it would be: full of flavour and colour, and excellently balanced and presented. A slight flavour of fresh mint added layers to the beautiful savoury stock, and the ratio of noodles to fluid was bang on. <br/ <br/ Excellent meal and I will be back for another one."
