"Visited pony for our Christmas function. the escape and dessert were nice, but unfortunately those of us who ordered the fish for the first were disappointed as it was very dry and overcooked. others enjoyed their main meals. can be ready to try again, but order something else from the menu."

"Went here solo for an early pre dinner drink and bite whilst waiting to meet up with friends. The share plates were on special at this time, at $10 per plate. I ordered a cider and the salt and pepper calamari, which was perfectly cooked crispy exterior and tender interior. I also liked how the squid tentacles were also included, which added texture. Very friendly and efficient service. Casual ambience with indoors and outdoors seating. Reasonable prices. Overall, a nice introductory taste of what Alfred and Constance has to offer."

"It is a sader condition when a restaurant starts great and one that they begin to become popular, they simply fall completely the ball. we started with cocktails and they were absolutely inconceivable, we took one and had to send them back, then we were told that this was the first time that the bartender had made these drinks. we then waited an hour for our head, at this time we were ready to go, so we asked to take away. we were quite upset now, but what was it turned off when we were sitting there, ending our wee and asking the waitress when we were gone because they had to give the table to the next guests!?
