"Not sure why people are complaining about the staff because they are SO friendly and helpful. They are one of the reasons I come here! I absolutely LOVE Mr. Sub at Baseline! Their bread is the BEST and the quality of their ingredients and the overall flavour is so good. Plus, I love how the owner is often out there helping the staff serve customers when it's busy. I think that single act alone speaks volumes. I love this place and I am their forever customer :"

"Picked two subs, a smoked meat sub was the sub of the day) and a ham and truthahn sub. both subs were the worst we ever had. the smoked meat base was a big sloppy wet chaos. the bunk was soaked with meat and water from the veggies. I never ate the sub and the sink and truthahn was not better. both subs were a waste of money $22.58) and were thrown into the garbage. the server did not seem to know what he did when he prepared the subs for us. they save their money and go to the subway or somewhere else. I suggest that they change the name of this place to herrn sub par."
