"I can eat there and the kitchen is very good. However, in a month I came twice to take a coffee on the terrace in the afternoon, the first time I had to wait 15 minutes to have it, the second, yesterday I left at the end of 18 minutes without being served. the waitress didn't seem to want to interrupt her meal then had to find more important to empty the dishwasher and do other tasks than to serve me. as they don't seem to need money, they'll now be mine."

A simple but effective buffet and especially an honest boss with great value for money I'll go to dinner or lunch to see what they're doing in hot dish but if you want to spend a good time with friends, I recommend this place because it's easy to park there, to stop its thirst and especially it's very welcoming I'll give another opinion on the kitchen, but it makes me want to go back anyway."

"Having spent the weekend in Nantes, we were heading back to Paris on the Monday and sought something different for a last lunch. I spotted this place on Google maps, and given it was about a 40 minute walk along the river from the town centre it seemed an ideal activity. Arriving by foot it is a little tricky to spot the place in a former industrial/dock estate (it is on the map inside the complex entrance, but there didn't seem to be any signage on the road? but once found this is a glorious and surprisingly large venue. You have a choice of tables outside with a view to the water, or inside with a view to the brewing equipment. The beers are genuinely first class and the food was excellent. I see why some people quibble about the pricing, and having been there midday on a Monday I cannot speak to how crowded it gets or how slow the service is on weekends, but it is for sure a great mid afternoon venue to get you out of the centre of Nantes."
