"Not had a problem with these guys. New young guy serving is always kind and polite and very accommodating (unlike the previous young guy with a funny tooth). Keep up the good work and keep clean and just care for us customers and show us you care with a smile. The person I mention is very calm and I was present when an order was wrong. he did not justify the error just rectified and apologised and moved on......"

"Ordered the food with a bloke and asked their recommendations , good enough to give me 30 seconds of his time to explain the options. The bloke that gave me the food was shocking customer service, when I asked for sauce it was like I impacted his day. The chips were dry and disgusting and I’ve had really bad guts since last night and this morning. Left me walking up early hours of this morning with a dry mouth. Won’t be going back"

"My Visit was actually 1st Nov18 and is sort of an anniversary review. Short version. When I received a parking ticket for exceeding my stay, I wrote to McDonald 's explaining my order was over £15, main meal later, a sweet, drinks. The first order exceeded 30 minutes. The site, was not part of a retail park and there was nothing around, lots of spaces late evening! I explained that with the delay of parking, toilet visit and delayed food order, this exceeded the time allowed to park and was no deliberate intention to exceed stay, it was just a meetup with a friend, relaxing, without the hidden pressure of the clock ticking. I requested from McDonald 's, a Dine Time Policy, which outlines how they measure the actual time taken to dine and in some cases, child 's play time allowance in areas they provide! or when a large family with children and or babies need to be attended to. I also pointed out that, there are no indicator in store of time elapse mechanisms such as exit time on receipts! Older members of society would struggle with keeping track? McDonald 's note on parking restrictions Parking restrictions have proved necessary because of problems ranging from minicab drivers using our car parks as waiting bays between fares, to people leaving their cars for several hours while shopping or using nearby amenities . None apply here. All Family Not used Mc 's ever since I think they need intelligent parking to monitor rather than penalise. Total £100+ inc appeal"
