"We have wanted to try this place since we moved here a year ago. We were very familiar with the Basque community and food in Bakersfield, CA. However Boise has a much larger presence of Basques and thus more food, etc. we had some tapas and a bottle of very good wine, followed by some chorizo and grilled peppers. All were very tasty. As you can see from the pictures, there is a large selections of specialty foods. The fun part is watching them cook the paella In the VERY large pans. These are hanging on the wall in the pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and answered our many questions"

"We we're greeted and seated immediately. The hostess was fast and very polite. She knew the menu very well. The price was a little expensive but, the was really good. I will definitely come back to try the giant shrimp cocktail michelda. It's looks like it's worth it."

"If you have a great appetite, take everything you can eat sushi! The Jalapeño appetizer was bomb. My challenge is to distinguish between each sushi, as the content feels the same and overwhelming with so many options. Love the ambience. Servers were not super friendly. Would you come back if you could eat sushi?"

"More that decent basque food. Of course, everything would taste better in Bilbao, but this is the other corner of the world and the raw ingredients are not the same, they do a great job nevertheless. The entrecôte was very,very good, good stuffed peppers,great croquetas, and enough wine selection. Non-pretentious food, the real value is in the quality of ingredients and just theright preparation. A true gem in the core of Boise."
