"Usually pretty good. I went today and when they handed me my iced coffee, it already had a straw in it??? Already unwrapped? Made me feel really weird, I pulled into the parking lot and went inside to get a different straw to use. Maybe someone had ordered the drink and it got mixed up as an extra? At least take the straw out... and I still drank it, so that part is on me if I get sick. Just a weird experience when I usually get decent service here."

"Kennedy L and her coffee associates are single handedly the rudest and most arrogant people I've met in the service industry. Deliverys beware, they will try to take advantage of you and make you do things you are not paid for and then tell you that you are a bad person for not doing it! Kennedy L specifically will also tell you how to do your job and project her negativity onto you. Miserable people and miserable kids that fo not have work ethic."

"Fast and friendly staff every time! 2/16/2021 I stopped in again last night and my favorite barista Michael was working. He's my absolute favorite! Don't get me wrong the coffee is great but the service is even better. From the very first time that I stopped in to order coffee, he helped me decide exactly which Caribou blend I would enjoy the most. He is so pleasant and always has a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure that I gave him personal recognition because he is the reason that I prefer that location. Keep up the good work Michael! What a treat, wonderful coffee and wonderful customer service!!!!"
