"My family and I have been coming here for over ten years now, this is a staple spot of ours as the food is consistently delicious and well made. The owners are lovely people and I can't recommend this place highly enough. Fair prices for large portions which isn't seen too often with Japanese restaurants. The out of control roll is amazing as well as the mushroom soup."

"I've wanted to check out Charred ever since they opened in Seaford. So far, in the last month, I've dined here twice. Both times, I was very happy with the food. The first time, I had the Chicken Parmigiana which came with Rigatoni. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good. And the portion was really big. The second time, I had the Shrimp Oreganata. I've never had this dish before, but it sounded good so I decided to try it. It definitely was the right choice! The shrimp, white wine sauce, breadcrumbs was such a good mix. I definitely recommend it. I had a slice of the Veggie Italiana pizza that my friends ordered and I thought it was one of the better pizzas in the area. I'm always in the mood for Italian food, so I will definitely be back!"
