"Was really looking forward to the pizza. The spot came highly recommended. Super disappointed in the service and the food. Tables were left dirty, we had to ask her to wipe it down and she acted like it was beneath her. The couple that sat down afterus had the same start. My food came out 10 minutes before the pizza. Terrible timing by waitress and kitchen. Took 10 minutes toget parm cheese and red pepper flakes. Actually required us to go to the bar to get since the server must have forgotten ourrequest. Ended with needing to go containers and they brought a typical small dinner box for a whole pizza. I asked for a pizzabox since we only ate one slice and again were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. So disappointing. Still on a questto find good pizza in Baltimore, that also has good service."

"Everything was wonderfully made to enjoy the meals. My guy loves the Italian Holiday Combo. I would recommend their pasta is sublime and you cant go wrong with any of their pasta choices. The cream of crab was good but I think it would taste a lot better without the overpower flavor of Old Bay. If they had a small packet of Old Bay for customers to adjust the portion spice into their soup would made a world of difference."

"Understand you close at 10. However, pulling my food from me at each course was obnoxious. Stopping and cleaning the rubber placemats while my date and I are having a private conversation was rude. It really could have waited til we left. We got the hint that all 4 tables in there had to get going so we ordered dessert to go. In case we didn 't get the hint, at exactly 10 pm the lights went bright. As I look at the reviews, it 's a consistent theme being rushed. If it 's like everything else at Horseshoe, it 's the invisible 'management ' who are calling the shots here. They fail to understand gambling revenues are down here because of how they treat their best customers on the casino floor and in the restaurants. What was to be a nice date, turned into a flurry of food and staff buzzing around us. As for the food: burrata with tomatoes no bread to enjoy the cheese. Do you really expect us to just eat it with a spoon? the server brought ut toast and said she didnt know why they didn 't make it part of the plate. Minestrone soup was good, had i been able to finish it after i fended off the first 2 attempts to take it. I finally relented. chicken parm was fine but for $28 for a small breast and small ball of pasta, would it be too much to have someone shave some parmesan cheese on top? tiramisu was in to go containters no spoons that 'd be too thoughtful $100 for 2 people, no alcohol i 've had better service and better food at Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden. Gia come back and have a meal sometime it 's you name, your brand."
