"The wait is generally long, appears to be new customer service that is a bit slow and keeps asking how to charge sauce etc. We've always ordered ahead from the app before coming in store but still wait 20 mins to get our order prepped. The food is always correct and warm and nice. It would be great if the waiting time can be reduced."

"Outstanding service, fresh ingredients and food. We went here 2 weeks and it was so nice we went back again today. The young gentleman remembered us, that made us feel special. Customer service is so old school and second to none, just like it should be. This is our favourite kebab and take away in Sydney."

"The Asian bloke at the counter was amazing, even did bit of a special request for us. This was the first time we had KFC in about a year. Normally you know how it is, either soggy and tastes like it's been warmed up or dry but fatty. Lidcombe KFC surprised me, the chicken was amazing. I haven't had KFC that tastes this good since the 90s. We'll definitely be back. The restaurant was extremely clean. We actually spilt drink every where and they were happy to clean it up and it was just so good, I can't get over how nice the chicken was lol."
