"We've kept up because we knew it was overcrowded. when we arrived, however, we found that they did not take reservations when there is an event in the conventioner. the hostess told us we had to wait 30 minutes. we waited for over 45 while several tables were left empty. we finally convinced them to share,us up (party of 5.) we have sat and waited another 15 minutes before they wait. our waitress was very nice. but it took forever until our food arrived. It was pretty good. all in all, very disappointed and will not return and, not the availability on open table post if they do not want to honor it. we would be better to know just before the time to mcdonalds!"

"Party of 6, seated early. Can 't put in the appetizer order first. We ordered Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail $24), Caesar salad, Bone-in Ribeye for 2. Side of thick cut bacon, and asked for sautéed spinach instead of creamed. Great. The rest of the table ordered Lambchops, Porterhouse steak, a butter-poached lobster tail MP) and various potato sides.Someone with a basket of dinner rolls placed one on a small dish with a small side of butter. We received our appetizers quite quickly. The 24$ shrimp cocktail had 3 shrimp around a martini glass. 3 SHRIMP. LARGE...not Jumbo by any definition..45 mins later Manager finally arrives and although unprofessional and cursed much, I don 't mind that, she apologized for the wait saying the kitchen got backed up and is there anything we need. One of our friends asks if dessert could be comped, she says yes. Food comes. Our ribeye was cut, which I thought was odd because it 's a steakhouse and I assumed the steak would come out whole..but ok. Sides come. No lobster tail. Excuse me.. he ordered a lobster tail and didn 't receive it. How long do you think it would take to get 2? 8-10 mins. Ok great. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the taste was incredible. Aside from the porterhouse coming out like a phallic symbol which is an ugly presentation, steaks were spot on. Potatoes tasted powdered and the bacon was only thick on one side. Lobster tails come out about 10 mins later. They were a nice size however there was this.....stuff...all over them. Excuse me, what is THIS? OH that 's Hollandaise sauce. Ok but it didn 't say it comes with hollandaise sauce on the menu. It says Butter-poached-lobster tail As a matter of fact, the sauce is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Online will mention Bearnaise sauce however not on the menu) And you gave me a lemon and drawn butter for what exactly? This is drenched in sauce. Oh I 'm sorry did you want it plain? Well now I don 't want it at all. Handed it back. We ate our steaks and waited to put our order in for dessert for our birthday guest. Someone in the party went over to the waiter since he wasn 't coming over and asked if the guest of honor 's dessert can come with a candle. Table was cleared, to-go boxes were prepared. Water glasses were empty. Trying to wave over the waiter so the rest of the table can order dessert. I asked if I could just have some berries and was told no, we don 't have that. OK then can I at least get my water refilled? Had to wave over 2 other waiters and a busboy. Finally get a water refill. A waiter brings the birthday dessert with candle. A Robert 's Melt Down which implies it 's warm) is a chocolate chip cookie on top of a mudslide brownie and Maker 's Mark ice cream. And then takes the rest of our orders for dessert. His dessert was luke warm).. Great, and can he get a spoon or a fork to eat his dessert? 5 mins later I grab another waiter 's attention. Hi, can you get him a spoon or a fork? sure. 10 minutes later I get up from the table and go to the manager and ask if I can have a freaking fork so he can eat his dessert before his birthday is over. She apologizes and hands me a fork while she 's asking another waiter, Who 's table is that? I bring it back so my friend can eat his dessert. His cold brownie and melted ice cream. 5-10 minutes later the other waiter comes and brings spoons for the entire table. Someone ordered TiraMiSu which had a strawberry and whipped cream on it. I asked the waiter, That 's a strawberry. I thought you said you don 't have any? He responded He doesn 't do that. Again, assuming he meant the chef. I had had it by then. Asked for the check, had to of course ask again for the check since we didn 't get it.. paid cash because I didn 't want have to wait longer for the credit cards to process. Tipped 10% because, seriously? and the only time I 'd ever eat there again is if I ordered a steak ToGo. As you can see by the picture, even the steak said GFY..."

"Absolutely delicious. It was uncle's birthday and we were in Jersey so we made reservations. We were promptly seat. In the very large dining room. It's elegant decor was indicative of the elegant food to come. Dinner bread came out first and it was soft and decadent with salt and herbs on top served with a sweet butter. That was followed by the calamari appetizer. Which was crispy and crunchy while still being tender and succulent. Wife and Auntie had the scallops which they said was good but the scallop were a tad small by comparison to other places on par with price. Uncle had salmon which he thoroughly enjoyed and was very pleased. I had the veal porter house garnished with black garlic. It was phenomenal. It was my first time with a porterhouse and I was unaware that the bone separated the two cuts of meat. I start on the ribeye side and was very please with the cook and taste of the steak. Pair with the garlic it all seemed to melt in your mouth with a delicious robust flavor. However when I made it to the tenderloin side I was over the moon with how it just evaporated in my mouth and multiplied that decadent flavor to infinity and beyond. We paired our meals with lobster mac and cheese which was less than memorable but good. I will say it didn't rank over other places but it was good. Naturally I was stuffed but everyone else enjoy dessert and all were highly pleased. Wife is eager to revisit and see what other treasures menu may hold."
