"We are very happy to find Dua. We drove from West Midtown and found a great beef pho. Service is good. You have to pay first and then get organized. They bring the food to your table. Our dish was outstanding. Lots of tender beef, great taste. It could have been just a few more bee sprouts. But nothing really to complain about. We will be back. Parking is a challenge though. Enjoy."

"Serious customer service and the excessive wait unlimited. I've been shopping for years in the auburn avenue market, but it's brand of customer service. I would not recommend this place – the sad thing is, they make great eating, but it is really not worth the annoying."

"First off, the service was quick and friendly no complaints there. The food: the sandwich was actually quite enjoyable and the range of ingredients is expansive and tasty as expected. But, like Subway, the meat was microwaved, and unlike Subway, the bread was not fresh but very noticeably stale and tough as leather. But overall, the flavor was there. I also ordered the shrimp pork spring roll and that was one of the worst things I 've ever eaten. It was so rubbery and flavorless that I had to stop and ask myself if they 'd accidentally served me a fake display item. The sauce wasn 't helping overall awful enough to subtract a whole star. So in my mind, it 's not quite even the Subway of banh mi but with some tweaks to improve freshness, it could get there."

"I love the new renovation! There’s a lot of cute new pastries and board games and the self service aspect where you can grab your own sauces and other condiments make it so you never have to wait for anything. Everyone is also very friendly and accommodating."
