"I don't often write negative reviews. I came at 18:00 clock on 9/16 and received really bad service, high quality food, and the personal complained about people coming near the closing time. from my experience I would say to avoid costing to all."

"One of the server blurts out 'Welcome to Moe 's ' at the top of his voice whenever when he feels like it. That 's fun. Foodwise, nothing too fancy. A good Mexican place to grab quick and filling lunch."

"Ordered my food on postmates after seeing the restaurant multiple times. It’s open late which is great. I’m originally from Miami and the Caribbean food there is amazing so usually when I try Caribbean food in other cities it doesn’t live up to the true taste that I recognize to be Caribbean food. But this place was great. Jerk chicken not only had spice but flavor as well and the chicken was moist. The rice and peas were soft and the cabbage was great not too salty and not bland either, just right. The Mac and cheese looked a little hard to me at first glance but after eating a bite or two it was good it wasn’t dry and it has a good flavor. Overall, 10/10, great place to go. Will be my new favorite spot."

"I order take out for curbside pickup, they stated that once I was here at the restaurant to call and they were going to como outside . I called and called and called and every time I got the voicemail. Left a voicemail, tried calling multiple times again and NOTHING. I had to leave the car on the middle of an entrance literally to go inside and get my food that I order ahead of time and spent 15-20 mins after the “pickup time”. That’s when I decided to go in"

"This is the best Moe's or any quick place to eat that I've ever been to. The staff and management have to deal with crazy tourists and people attending conferences nearby who have unrealistic expectations (it's Moe's, not a spa! . I work in the area and the staff and especially the manager are always so polite, friendly, accommodating and FAST! They even remember what I like to eat and my preferred meal. I can't imagine how! They have a 98 from the health department, usually a 99 or 100 is typical of this place. If you want quality, healthy and FAST delicious TexMex served by friendly staff, ignore all other comments to the contrary. This place is GREAT!"

"Went here for lunch with my coworkers. The parking was fine, but make sure you come up the escalator on the correct side, otherwise you may end up walking the long way around. The atmosphere was nice once I got inside. They have a relatively cheap but tasty menu of items to choose from, and they'll make right there in front of you. Only negative thing I can think to say is that the booths seemed a little small, as if they would seat 4 comfortably, but the fifth person would have to grab a chair and sit on the outside. That being said, I would definitely go back again!"

"This Moe 's is located inside of Colony Square, just outside of the Food Hall and for the most part, outside of size, is your standard Moe 's location. We wandered in on a Saturday afternoon and were only one of three parties inside and the only one in line. We did not hear the normal Welcome to Moe 's , but honestly I am hearing that less and less at all locations these days...we were served and greeted fairly quickly. One of us got the Homewrecker and the other a Stack, both with Adobo chicken. The chicken was somehow dry and a few of the ingredients, including the onions were rubbery. It was odd and not standard for Moe 's. The other issue we had was the staff not paying attention to our requests/asks. During the ordering process, twice they put something on our order that we did not ask for and then at checkout they ignored a request for a drink. It was an odd interaction. Great physical location, which is where the second star comes from, but overall substandard Moe 's experience."
