"The best hot huh I had outside nashville. the teig was perfect and firm at the huh. flavor was full of rich pfeffer and umami and still spicy delicious. Black-eyed heap salad was simple and good. an adventurous in krog’s market overall worth."

"We visited Blackbird on a Sunday morning as out of town guests. It was a short walk from our hotel and right behind the aquarium. When we arrived at 10:30, there was only one other table of diners. We were seated right away, our server was very helpful, and we both decided to get the chicken and waffles. Portion size was perfect and I am obsessed with their tea brined fried chicken. I'm going to try to recreate it back home!"

"The number one thing about this place was the drinks. the drinks were absolutely amazing and very unique the place is a small place which is why I understand having reservations and having such a short amount of time there. I think the best idea is to have reservations for the end of the night so nobody is after you and you don't have to rush to eat or have fun with your friends the atmosphere was amazing the music was amazing the food was spectacular the shrimp and grits was my fav I think it was a curry paste based sauce but it was one of the better dishes for sure. But beyond that the drinks were amazing especially the cigar on the beach oh my goodness you must have that"
