"Food was good: Tandoor sampler, Paneer korma, coconut soup. Staff were nice and attentive. Interesting Indian videos playing authenticate the experience. The prices on menu were accurate but wow $70 lunch for 2 entrees, soup, bread, no leftovers, water to drink. A little pricey. Eclectic lil 5 neighborhood. Free parking down on the street in front of Inman park."

"This restaurant promotes itself as a fine dining restaurant and the price in the menu reflects it, however I disagree with the fine dining aspect.We called them for reservation, they were only taking walk ins. We were a party of 4 adults and a kid and were seated on two small tables that were joined together. The ambience of the restaurant was just ok. The server delivered the menu and took the order promptly.We ordered Kurkuri Bhindi, Palak Patta Chaat, Chicken Malai kabab and Mutton Seekh kabab from the small plates section. The appetizers were flavorful and tasted good. Palak Patta Chaat was the star and I recommend it.For the main course, we ordered Paneer Pasanda, Dal Bukhara, Lamb Rogan Josh, Parda Biryani and some breads (Amul Cheese and Jalepeno Naan, Garlic Naan).Paneer Pasanda was mouth-watering while all the other dishes were average. The lamb pieces in Rogan Josh were chewy. The biryani was served in an earthen pot and we had great expectations but it was not up to the mark. It was lacking flavors and surprisingly the chicken in it was hard too.The most disappointing was the dessert which we ordered Gulab Jamun with Rabri This dish did not have any Rabri in it. Rather we were served with melted ice cream with gulab jamun!We were informed that they added 20% gratuity to the bill for a party of 5 people which didn't seem right as we were 4 adults along with a small kid.The overall experience was just average. Not worth the high price they charge for the supposed “Fine Dining experience that they claim to provide."
